Gallery 1065

Gallery 1065 is a new art gallery in Toronto’s Bloorcourt neighbourhood. As co-curator of the gallery and artist-in-residence of the 15-foot storefront lightbox sign above the gallery, Jode has been installing a new sign each month, with messages that spark curiosity and connection. Below are some of the signs that have appeared so far

In Summer 2025, Jode invited playful and thought-provoking ideas for the sign above the gallery. In September, the winning submission was installed.
